These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Digital Files (the "File") provided by Whodunit Designs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the File, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the File.

1. License:

 1.1 Personal and Commercial Use: The File is licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to the restrictions outlined below. 

1.2 Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling the File as is, in part or in whole, in any circumstance, including but not limited to standalone sales, incorporation into another product, or distribution without modification. 

1.3 Modifications: You are allowed to modify the File to suit your needs and integrate it into your projects. 

1.4 Attribution: While not mandatory, we appreciate proper attribution when using the File.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

 2.1 Ownership: We retain all ownership rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, in and to the File. 

2.2 No Transfer: These Terms do not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you, except for the limited license expressly granted herein.

3. Print On Demand



This license does not cover manufacturing by third parties. You are strictly prohibited from sending this file to third-party manufacturers and/or print-on-demand sites to print or manufacture goods on your behalf. Please contact us if you would like to discuss purchasing a POD license.
